  • Yes. All Cedar & Clove sourdough loaves are baked in small batches using organic, high-quality flours, herbs, and ingredients- - with no commercial yeast, preservatives, or additives.

  • Store your loaf in a paper bag, bread box, or wrapped in a tea towel at room temperature for up to 3-4 days. For longer storage, slice and freeze in an airtight container.

  • No, our sourdough is made with organic wheat flower and is not gluten-free. However, long fermentation may reduce gluten content and increase digestibility for some individuals.
